не запускается скрипт .pl

Здравствуйте, есть сервер с nagios. Все работает. Нужно к нагиосу прикрутить плагин который бы опрашивал по snmp состояние систем хранения данных hp 2012fc и hp msa 2000. Был найден скрипт на perl Script
При попытке запустить его из shell выдается непонятная ошибка. Связываться с разработчиком тоже не вариант.
Можете подсказать почему скрипт не запускается? Может я что то не то делаю?

Все установлено, но не работает
Теперь выдает ошибку что синтаксис непонятный

Вобщем я разобрался сам. Короче где были косяки.
1. Я умудрился скачать не тот файл скрипта, я хз как но сам по себе файл скрипта был с расширением .pl но внутри была полная херь.
Скачал с github исходный код и залил его в новый созданный файл

2. Не были установлены модули Switch.PM и Nagios PM - поставил через yast
