mobile access блэйд

Здравствуйте! Почему то один из удаленных пользователей не может подключиться через SSL Extender к офису. В смарт евенте вижу что блэйд mobile access устанавливает соединение с ним но почему то блочит.
Пишето что то про

[B]SNX connection failed[/B]

но в браузере говорит что соединение установлено.

Включите RC4

Enable RC4 (or AES on newer versions) as an optional encryption algorithm for SSL Network Extender (SNX):

1. In SmartDashboard, go to "Policy" menu - click on "Global Properties...".
2. Open "Remote Access" - go to "SSL Network Extender".
3. In the "Encryption" section, in the "Supported encryption methods" field, select either "3DES, RC4" or "AES, 3DES, RC4" (depends on the version).
4. Click on OK to apply the changes.
5. Install the policy on the involved Security Gateway.
