Решено не ставится exchange 2019

Добрый день! Не получается поставить exchange 2019 cu 14, точнее не получается подготовить схему.
Получаю такие ошибки:

The forest functional level of the current Active Directory forest is not Windows Server 2012 R2 or later. To install Exchange Server 2019, the forest functional level must be at least Windows Server 2012 R2.

Either Active Directory doesn't exist, or it can't be contacted.

Про домен особо ничего не знаю, предыдущих установок не находится, я проверял командлетом:
dsquery * "CN=ms-Exch-Schema-Version-Pt, cn=schema,cn=configuration, dc=domen, dc=ru" -scope base -attr rangeUpper

Репликация с КД проходит без ошибок, тестил repadmin /showrepl
Учетка из под которой запускаю установщик в группах Enterprise Admin / Schema admin / Domain Admin

Поможите кто чем может:cautious:
 
Вижу так же такое предупреждение в ExchangeSetupLogs
Microsoft.Exchange.Management.Deployment.HybridConfigurationDetection.HybridConfigurationDetectionException: A hybrid deployment with Office 365 has been detected. Please ensure that you are running setup with the /TenantOrganizationConfig switch. To use the TenantOrganizationConfig switch you must first connect to your Exchange Online tenant via PowerShell and execute the following command: "Get-OrganizationConfig | Export-Clixml -Path MyTenantOrganizationConfig.XML". Once the XML file has been generated, run setup with the TenantOrganizationConfig switch as follows "/TenantOrganizationConfig MyTenantOrganizationConfig.XML".
If you continue to see this this message then it indicates that either the XML file specified is corrupt, or you are attempting to upgrade your on-premises Exchange installation to a build that isn't compatible with the Exchange version of your Office 365 tenant.

Если была гибридная установка, то где от нее конфиг ? Не знаю...

Спасибо. Вот это помогло, запустил на владельце ролей FSMO
