Excel 2010 при открытии просит смарт карту

Добрый день! Подскажите пожалуйста. Excel 2010 при открытии просит смарт карту, постоянно выходит это окно, нажимаю отмена и файл открывается. Как убрать? куда копать? с чем может связано быть?
 
А какой версии операционная система ?

Попробуйте выполнить восстановление ms office - Программы и компоненты - надите Office - исправить или восстановить, не помню точно что там
 
Я думаю дело в настройках центра управления безопасностью, где то в этих вкладках загвоздка

Попробуйте поместить путь
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\STARTUP\ в надежное расположение в центре управления безопасностью
точнее
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\STARTUP\
 
вот такое окно выходит при открытии Excel, Word и Outlook не просят ничего.

Может политики какие то накручены ?
Попробуйте отключить службу Smart Card Plug & Play

For your issue, since you have disabled Smart card login but still have no assistance, suggest you disable Smart Card Plug and Play Service, kindly refer to the following steps and check if it works:

  1. Press Windows + R key to launch Run command.
  2. Type gpedit.msc in the Run dialog box and click OK.
  3. Navigate to “Computer Configuration>Policies>Windows Settings>Local Policies>Security Options>Interactive logon: Require smart cards”
  4. Right-click “Interactive logon: Require smart cards” and select “Edit.” In the Properties dialog, select “Disabled” to turn off this service
  5. Now navigate to “Computer Configuration>Administrative Templates>Windows Components>Smart Card>Turn On Smart Card Plug and Play Service”
  6. Right-click “Turn On Smart Card Plug and Play Service” and select “Edit.” In the Properties dialog, select “Disabled” to turn off this service and remove the smart card option from the login screen. Click “Apply” and “OK” to save your changes.

Про интернет банки никто не говорил. Тогда не отключайте.
Попробуйте начать с восстановления MS Office. У вас соответственно надо найти 2010 версию
