не работает cisco IDM

Привет! Почему то периодически отваливается цисковская оснастка для управления ips сенсорами - IDM. Сначала открывается а потом через какое то время вылезает сообщение что

The application is not able to establish HTTPS connection

Если повторно загрузить IDM то вылезают какие то непонятные Java ошибки:

Подскажите что делать и как заставить стабильно работать этот чертов IDM

черт знает что это было, перезагрузил комп и заработало, видимо Java глючила. Но после перезагрузки IPS Sensor health стал красным и вылезла ошибка Event Retrieval
